Minster 13 – Ansonia 13

Minster and Ansonia battled to a tie in a game also even in statistics. Ansonia compiled a slim 132 to 125 advantage in rushing yards over the Wildcats.

Ansonia scored a touchdown in the first quarter, but Minster roared back in the second quarter when a sustained drive resulted in a touchdown to tie the score at 7-7.

The Wildcats scored again in the third quarter to take a 13-7 lead, only to see Ansonia count its second touchdown late in the quarter. Neither extra point was good and the score was deadlocked at 13-13. Neither team scored in the fourth quarter, resulting in the draw.
