Minster 27 – Bradford 20

Minster high school’s grid warriors came from behind at Bradford to snatch a 27-20 decision. Bradford scored twice in the opening period and held a 20-7 halftime lead, but the Wildcats came back in the second half with 20 points and the victory.

Dale Hogenkamp tossed a pass to Huelskamp for a Wildcat second quarter TD. Miller went 60 yards on several line plunges and hit paydirt in the third stanza. In the fourth quarter Wetsel plunged over from the four and Hogenkamp scampered 20 yards for the final two counters. Burger made good on three of four extra point tries from placement.
